The roster is seeded per room. Yuki checks disease-side content: drugs and doses, laterality, allergy documentation, and diagnosis consistency. Takeshi is the senior attending review: completeness, disposition safety, and documentation quality. Each room has a lead staff reviewer (Aoi in OPD, Ren in ER, Sora for referrals), and the Epi Consult methodology reviewers (Kenji, Makoto) run when configured. Reviewers with a local rule set run on this box; endpoint-backed reviewers call a model, and a remote reviewer receives masked content only.
